Food that fight cancer
In 2018, I had been working on a Colorectal Cancer Canada project as part of GBC Food Innovation & Research Studio team, developing and testing healthy recipes that can fight cancer. I had personally developed the Lentil Buckwheat Pilaf with Pumpkin Seeds, Carrots and Goji Berries recipe and Chicken Orzo with Kale & Turmeric recipe, both inspired by my Russian and Cypriot backgrounds. I had also contributed to the Frittata with Artichokes, Tomatoes, Feta Cheese and Rosemary recipe and Lemon Blueberry Muffins recipe.
